Elevation Medical was founded in 2012 by two doctors who wanted to change the way healthcare was practiced. They observed patients going to multiple facilities in an attempt to rectify or find solutions to their condition(s). These two doctors have years of experience in professional and collegiate training rooms. The care delivered in a training room is different than that of public healthcare. In the training room, doctors from different areas of expertise work together for the good of the patient. The results are unmatched. The results are faster and last longer. They wanted to bring this healthcare model to the public. Their dream is reality. It is called Elevation Medical, Inc.
Why the name Elevation?
Elevation is defined as: “the action or fact of raising or being raised to a higher or more important level, state, or position”.
We believe your health is your most important aspect of your life. Without good health, it is merely impossible to enjoy life as we all desire. Therefore, our sole purpose is to help you elevate your health status in order to live the best possible life.
The second reason for the name elevation is because of where we live. We are so incredibly blessed to live in a place where all we have to do is look out our windows and we can see the beauty of God and his creation. The various elevation that takes place outside our back doors is remarkable. Whether it is a drive in the mountains, hiking, camping, mountain biking, or skiing the elevation is something that is hard to forget.
Lastly, we want to elevate one another. We believe in personal growth and development. We believe if we add value to those who walk through our doors, we make the world a better place. We understand we are in the service industry. We also understand the medical field has undergone a tremendous amount of change in recent years. As proud as we are of our state of the art clinic with the best equipment available, we are most proud of our throw-back, old fashioned philosophy.
What does “throw-back, old fashioned philosophy” mean?
It means we don’t make our patients wait out front for extended periods of time before being called back to the treatment room. It means we invest time with our patients. We don’t run from room to room only spending a minute or two in each room. We actively listen and build meaningful relationships. We fully recognize we are in the people business. We set our schedules in such a way, we don’t leave the room until their questions are answered and everything is explained. Our patients are not a number, they are the reason we exist.
This philosophy allows us to elevate their lives both on a personal level and from a health care perspective.
